Likun,
My name is Brandon Robinson (B.S. ME '04, MEng SysE '05) I was the original dreamer and principal founder of the CU Snake Arm Team in 2003. I just wanted to wish you luck this year in your role as the team lead and let you know that this team has a growing alumni network. I know you've got 10,000 things to do this very minute but I was wondering if there was a was a way that those of us who ARE still interested could follow the team's progress this year? Perhaps a guest login feature to cusnakearm.com or a team blog.

Just point us to the best way to keep in touch. Most of us went on to do jobs far more boring albeit less stressful than Snake Arm and I for one am excited to see that the team is still around and doing great work. I know you are exceptionally busy (likely running around trying to find a projector for recruiting or postering the quad) but if you ever would like the perspective of someone whose been in your position it'd be my honor to speak with you. Best of luck in filling out your team and for the upcoming year.

Hi, Likun.
I’m Ben Kim, a Snake Arm team alumnus and a good friend of Brandon Robinson (“oh, where have you gone, Mr. Robinson?” I forget the rest of the lyrics.).

I also wanted to wish you a good luck this year, I’m kinda interested in your team’s progress, and thought your web site looks really cool.

I’ve also done some recruiting/liason support for my company with Cornell, and wanted to ask you to consider applying for funding / research grants from my company. We have extensive relationship with Cornell, and our company does a lot of advanced research projects related in the defense world. If you are interested, I have a few contacts that I can ask to see if you can get some sponsorship. I can’t guarantee any $, but I’m sure it doesn’t hurt to ask. I’ve had a first-hand experience of how hard it is to get funding you need to get something like this going, so I would like to provide any help I can. This is definitely a worthy cause as my ex-Snake Arm team colleagues would surely agree.
